Hi, I'm Anton.

I'm a table tennis coach based in New York City with nearly 20 years of playing experience and a USATT rating of 2100–2200. I've competed in tournaments, leagues, and trained in structured environments, and I enjoy helping players of all ages and skill levels improve their game.

Every lesson is tailored to your goals, experience, and learning style. Whether you're picking up a paddle for the first time, returning to the sport, or looking to refine your technique, my goal is to make each session focused, enjoyable, and something you look forward to.

FAQ

I've never played before. Is coaching right for me?

Yes. Many of my students start as complete beginners. Sessions begin at whatever level you're at - I have students ranging from recreational players to seriously training for competitions.

Where do lessons take place?

Primarily at PingPod in NYC. Custom sessions can be arranged at other venues on request. Some other locations I've coached before are Spin NY clubs, apartment buildings, or people's homes.

How do I book?

Use Book a Lesson to reserve at PingPod through their booking platform. For anything else, send a note through the contact form and I will respond by email.

Do you coach children?

Yes. I coach juniors from age 6 to older teens/young adults. We take it as seriously as you'd like - I train juniors that play from casual level to consistently competiting.

What should I bring?

Athletic clothing, clean indoor shoes, water, and a paddle. At PingPod and Spin clubs, a paddle can be provided if you don't have one.
